- On one hand, the best known in our society: the abs. If your center is toned, this means that our body will be visibly more defined.
- On the other hand, the internal part of our center will strengthen as well.
- Additionally, the rest of the muscles will be working in a holistic way, which helps us compensate the center together with developing its tone.

In this video post, I will give three tips which ACTUALLY work, and besides the center, it also involves developing correct alignment, strengthening arms and legs, improving the flexibility and toning your pelvic floor.

In this video I have detailed 3 exercises that I find really interesting when it comes to working on our center. And they really complement to each other.
I highly recommend doing all 3 together and in reps of three. Above all, finish with hypopressives, since it helps us balance the rest of the activities and also produces an immediate relaxing effect because we work with our diaphragm.
