Qirbilyan Ensemble

Qirbilyan Ensemble “Som Del Poble” links the traditions of some ancient eastern cultures with a personal touch and sometimes with more modern elements. It also fuses the diverse disciplines from which its components come from.

We are a group of professionals interested in the study and interpretation of Arab and Andalusian culture and music. Coming from different musical and artistic fields (traditional and medieval music, classical music, jazz or samba, oriental classical dance, Indian classical, Hindustani folklore…) we always try to make shows as consistent as possible with the cultures that lived together in our country centuries ago.

We treat every action with love and detail, and we adapt to the needs of the user who requires us. You can see the more than 10 years of collaboration in the know-how and good vibes in each place where we are going to act.
